{liebster} award

Last weekend the lovely Madalynne gave me the Liebster Award. She has become a dear friend who I admire and adore.  Her blog is filled with inspiring interviews from other artistic bloggers, lessons on pattern making, and the funnest way to learn about everything fashion!!! Well, I don't know about you, but to me if feels like it's almost summertime.....and as you can see I missed last week's posts because I was busy enjoying the creation of my new Bubblegum Life summer blog design.  My sweet baby sister, Blondie, is my adorable muse for this season, and each Wednesday for the next month or so I'll be sharing a photo from our magical photoshoot together.  Today however, I want to tell you lovely readers and fellow artists how much I appreciate and love you.  Thank you for making beautiful things.  I hope that Bubblegum Life helps you find a little inspiration.....inspiration from other artists, and also from inside you.  Sweet dreams  <3  Carrie

Welcome to Bubblegum Life, our (Gloria and Carrie) sweet project blog.  Thank you for stopping by this wonderful first day of November!  This is where we will share our projects, inspiration, and photo prompts.  Here is our mission statement.....

We are two crafty girls consistently working on trying to be present in our everyday life.  Being in love with the process of creating, we want to share the beauty of art with you, and would be very happy for you to join us through our sweetness of life journey.

Here are some of the things we use to practice.....

1. Keep your authentic artist (this requires trust).
2. Find beauty in celebrating the everyday.
3. Be consistent and slow, but enjoy the process.
4. Make time to create every day.
